How to reach Belgaum and Regional Commissioner Office

Reach Belgaum by bus or train. From Belgaum Bus stand, call Rickshaw it charges  (RS 50-100) to DC office , ask DC office to rickshaw people, it's in same compound of the Court and other government offices. Just opposite to the main gate there is a Garden  and you can see a building with old rock stones. there is no English board, you can see only in Kannada.[Timing Between 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Monday to Friday][Saturday 10:30 AM to 12;30]

Important Documents to remember:

1.    Employment letter from the Abroad Employer  or Offer letter from the Abroad company.

2.   Passport copy in original or dully attested by Notary in case the person concerned is already residing in abroad (Full Passport except Empty Pages)

3.     Residential proof  such as Driving License, Election Voter card, Ration Card, PAN card.

Keep originals with you. 2 copies of certificates to be attested and 1 copies of above certificates.

Important Note: Offer Letter should consists of company Logo at the Top and Company Seal at the End with signature and it should mailed from company domain email ID to you.

Procedure of Attestation:

Reach office by morning 10.30 am, office will open at 10.30 morning. Go to first floor room NO:17 and counter NO:4. There will be a guy, he is very helpful. Tell him that you came for attest the certificates. He will ask the certificates mentioned above. He will give one Application form and fill it up and we should get a signature from Tahasildar there, as soon as you complete this procedure you have to submit original certificate and other photocopies of the above mentioned documents there. After this he will ask you to come Chelan and DD.

Just opposite to this office there is a SBI Bank Branch, You have to pay Rs 105/- Chelan there and take DD of Rs 175/- to Finance Officer Belgaum . Please keep in mind that Rs 175 for one certificate and if more certificates it will increase accordingly. Please noted that there will be a big Q for Chelan payment. You can fill up DD form and make payment in same counter otherwise you have to go back and stand another Q once more for DD payment.

Once you have pay Chelan and taken the DD, Submit all documents to the same person again, Here the procedure over and you will get acknowledgement. After 10 days you can come and collect the attested certificate.

To Authorize another person:

You can authorize other person also to collect certificate, get the help of any junior advocates there, they charge you 50 (may change) Rs for the same . You get a letter attested by Notary. Please note you can authorize only your relatives.

QATAR EMBASSY ATTESTATION

EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATE ATTESTATION PROCEDURE FOR QATAR.

1. Regional authentication centre (RAC/HRD) from concern state,
2. Ministry of External Affairs MEA (New Delhi, INDIA),
3. Qatar Embassy (New Delhi, INDIA).

NEW RULE – Now we have to attest final year mark list also.

• Regional authentication centre (State).

Before submitting the document to the Embassy it has to be attested by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and respective state Home Departments. This procedure varies according to the type of document. In some cases certificates has to be attested by Notary before submitting to the Home Department. Also in some cases certificates has to be verified by the respective Universities. Attestation from State home department will be done from Regional Authentication centre, Regional commissioner office, Human resource department, General administration department, DC office, Norka roots office of concern states. It changes according to the states.

• Ministry of External Affairs (New Delhi, INDIA).

Once got attested from Home department from concern state next step is Ministry of external affairs (MEA). Ministry of external affairs is not accepting any documents directly from the applicant or individual. Documents should be submitted and collected from agencies near to Ministry of external affairs. Its cost only RS 36/- for both degree certificate and final year marks card. Certificates should be submit in the morning 9.00 AM, And should collect the attested certificates in the same day at 5.30 PM.

Ministry of external affairs in different part of India is in Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Guwahati.

• Qatar Embassy (New Delhi).

Qatar embassy attestation is very easy to do. Once certificate is attested by MEA can submit for Qatar Embassy attestation. In Qatar embassy certificates will be collected at morning 9 AM to 11 AM. The collection counter is in the left side of the Embassy. They only need the original Certificates which attested by MEA and Passport copy. There is no any hidden risk in the Embassy counter.

In embassy its costs RS 350/- per certificates,  Degree certificate and final marks card costs RS 700/-. While paying the amount, will receive a receipt for the paid amount. The same receipt need to show there while receiving certificates after attestation. There is no any verification from Embassy side. They just check the genuine MEA attestation. If it is Genuine MEA attested Certificates, Embassy will stamp the certificates with in one day.
